President & Chief Executive Officer
CORNELIOUS "CC" LAMBERTH
CC develops the strategic plans, manages sales and marketing and designs networks for C2 Contractors. He manages all of the company relationships and is focused on delivering what each of his customers needs.
He brings over 25 years of experience and training sees the future as very bright with expanded service and product offering in construction, training and IT sourcing. He most enjoys all of the team members at C2 Contractors because he feels that is what differentiates C2 from
the competition.
Director of Construction Services & Estimating
Brandon Lamberth
Brandon Lamberth serves as Senior Project Manager for C2 Contractors, has more than 5 years of project management experience and has been involved in many of the larger construction projects for C2.
Brandon graduated Sum Cum Laude from Brunswick Community College with an Associate Degree in Art and earned a Bachelor and Masters Degree from King University in Business and Project Management

Ed is a problem solver, providing quality in each installation, ensuring he finds a solution for each opportunity presented him and stepping in wherever there is a void. He has been with the company for over 10 years and looks forward to the future growth of C2.

Richard C. Fuqua
Richard C. Fuqua has more than 30 years of experience in many aspects of business and community economic development, including project/program management, entrepreneurship, and project financing. His prior work experience includes the following: Affordable Housing Manager for the City of High Point; Program Manager for the State’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program; Senior Director, Business Development for the N. C. Rural Center; Vice President, Commercial Development for the N. C. Community Development Initiative; Associate Relationship/Portfolio Manager at Wachovia Bank; Director, Inner City Development at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce; and Adjunct Instructor in Community Economic Development at Southern New Hampshire University.
Richard received a Master of Business Administration degree from Kenan-Flagler Business School (University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill) in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 1990.

Union Square Campus
This first building of Union Square Campus is a remarkable partnership between Cone Health, Guilford Technical Community College, North Carolina A&T State University, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Leases from these institutions, combined with significant public and private investment, support the construction, equipment, and operating costs of this $34 million project, which was completed on schedule and within budget.
The collaborators worked closely together to create a state-of-the art setting to educate nurses from the associate (2 year), bachelor (4 year) through the doctoral degree level.
Shared common areas, auditorium, classrooms, labs, and study areas are designed for a maximized and efficient schedule, day and night, 6-days a week. Practicing nurses as well as local students enhance their skills in Union Square’s state-of the art simulation center, ultimately filling much-needed jobs and improving the overall delivery of health care in clinical settings.
